STAGE2 believes that the basic need for secure and safe accommodation is fundamental to the personal and educational development of care leavers. When looking to the future, care leavers who are vulnerable and have additional needs are most-likely to benefit from highly supportive semi-independent accommodation.

We work with vulnerable care
leavers, offering accommodation and additional highly supportive services that will empower them to manage the transition from care to independence.

STAGE2 will continually conduct its business honestly and ethically. We strive to improve the quality of our services and operations and aim to maintain a reputation for honesty, respect, fairness, responsibility, openness, and trust.

Central to our philosophy is the belief that adolescence can be a difficult period in the journey to adulthood, and that the transition from care to independence compounds these difficulties. Within this, we believe that it is essential that our services address the therapeutic, educational, social, and personal needs of the service users.

Our work with care leavers is founded on the principles of respect for one another, equality of opportunities, the recognition and embracing of diversity, and access to affordable and good-quality accommodation.

STAGE2 is a residential resource offering holistic support and accommodation for care leavers between the ages of 16 and 21. Our services are developed in direct response to those in need of targeted work.
